Doctor Isyaka Mamman was Jailed for Killing Patient in UK

Isyaka Mamman (16/10/36) of Cumberland Drive, Royton, was today (Tuesday 5 July 2022) condemned at Manchester Crown Court to three years detainment in the wake of conceding, at a prior hearing, to the homicide by gross carelessness of one of his patients.

Examiners let the court know that the 48-year-old female patient had passed on soon after a demonstrative system performed by Mamman in the Hematology Unit of a medical clinic on Monday 3 September 2018.

Following her passing, a specialist gave a well-qualified assessment that the system had been improperly and ineptly performed.

Investigator Inspector Rachel Smith, of GMP’s Major Incident Team, said: “Unfortunately somebody who went to the clinic for an indicative method to design their treatment and, at last, encourage them wound up passing on because of a specialist. Our contemplations stay with the casualty’s family and friends and family.

“By far most of specialists are exceptionally qualified experts with the abilities expected to give astounding consideration to their patients. Mamman, then again, totally dismissed the fundamental and top to bottom information expected of a doctor.
